The service and comfort: first‑class room, very comfortable bed, huge bathroom, and it’s close to the center and the beach. The climb to enter is a bit steep, and perhaps the breakfast could be improved with more fruit.

The staff are adorable and we were greeted very warmly! Thanks again, and the Castillo Romano is well‑situated, overlooking the city, giving us a gorgeous view from the balcony.

The room was huge—really huge—and it feels like a great mansion, not a castle. The employees were amazing, even the chihuahua that lives around. The lack of stairs to get up is a problem; it gives chills when you stay there alone. And the water filter is bad—don’t drink that water, buy from the store! There are rats in the walls. You get a fancy‑looking room, but be prepared for the guests.
