The value for money was poor and the place felt cheap; they required a €100 deposit that was promised to be returned within 7 to 14 days, but the refund took longer and no explanation was given to reassure us. I had to complain about it. It was bad, really.

I think the deposit policy is excessive, especially since I'm from Ronda and it takes 8 or 10 days to get it back. They live there and can check the room in 10 seconds, so I don't understand why they need to hold it for so long. As a fellow professional with a house and a rental apartment in Estepona, I showed them the mobile and they didn't care. I realized they might ask young people, but at 52 years old I find it unfair. They should allow a room inspection the next day and return the deposit then.

Everything was pretty good for the price, considering it’s more of a hostel than apartments, so I can’t really complain. Overall my stay was much better than I expected before arriving and, in that sense, I have no major complaints. However, one issue has made me feel quite uneasy: the return of the deposit. We left the accommodation on the 7th, leaving the room exactly as we found it. Despite contacting the landlord several times, I am still waiting for the deposit back. I understand you have up to 14 days to refund it, but when the accommodation is handed over correctly and there is no damage, rushing that deadline without any explanation or information about the refund creates a very unpleasant feeling and, in my opinion, is not transparent. I hope the deposit is returned soon. If not, I will have to consider legal action to claim it. It’s a shame because the stay itself was much better than I imagined before arriving and this issue tarnishes an otherwise positive experience.
