The cleanliness and convenient location were great. Every front‑desk staff member was kind and handled everything politely. The pillows were too firm for me and made it hard to sleep, so I’d appreciate having a softer option. The breakfast buffet had fresh veggies that were tasty, but I’d like a wider variety.
