Everything in the hotel and rooms was very nice and clean. The view over the tea fields and surroundings is superb. The laundry service is good, the food is tasty, and everything fit together perfectly.

We had a really good experience at Leisure Mount Villa! The overall stay was pleasant, and we enjoyed our time there. The location and surroundings made it a nice place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Haputale. Morning and evening views are incredible. Despite these minor areas for improvement, we had a positive experience and would happily recommend this place to others visiting Haputale. However, there are a few areas that could be improved, particularly the room amenities and cleanliness. Paying a little more attention to these details would make the overall experience even better

The staff were excellent, very helpful and polite. The food was great, with plenty of tasty choices. The room was clean, and the view from the hotel is amazing. The price was very good and offered good value for money. Only one small issue: the bathroom was adequate and needs upgrading; there was no hot water in the sink, only the shower had hot water through the power shower unit.

The view of the valley is impressive, the room is spacious, and the hot water is fine. The staff are attentive, available, and professional. You can arrange any transport or activity with them. The cuisine is very good, in good quantity; I recommend it.
