The guesthouse is very pleasant, located in a detached annex of the main house with independent access from the side. The bathrooms are immaculate and the equipment is high quality; the toilets are separate, which is always nice. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating, which is essential. The private area in front of the room has a barbecue with a quality plancha, a table, and chairs—though we didn’t use it, it’s an undeniable plus. At night we could park our electric bikes in the spacious garage and leave our bike lock there. The only downside is that the room is a bit small, though it isn’t really inconvenient. The private outdoor space is under one of the main house’s windows, so it reduces privacy, and it’s east-facing, which is great in the morning for sun but less so in the evening.

“Un super séjour sur l'île de Noirmoutier, avec un logement calme et adapté à nos besoins.”

The accommodation matched the photos and even had details not shown. The room and terrace are very pleasant and comfortable for a few days, enjoying the beach and Noirmoutier (though a car or bike is recommended for getting around). Joelle and her partner are very helpful, excellent company, and give good advice at breakfast. We can only recommend going before they move out!
