The welcome was good, free street parking was available, the apartment was very large, a bit old‑fashioned but pleasant, with a nice courtyard and terrace, and a washing machine was very convenient. It would help to add a living‑room table because the space feels very empty, and perhaps a sofa‑bed to accommodate more guests in this huge room; the lower‑floor rooms lack air conditioning.

The location was perfect for exploring Lecce, the breakfast was good and the staff were attentive, but there was no trash bin in the room and the housekeeping didn’t clean during my four‑day stay.

Parking for the car was very convenient, but I feel the price‑quality ratio is a bit off; the entrance is tucked into a dead‑end corner, dark and quite small inside. Even though the weather wasn’t very pleasant (a chill at 8.30 am), there’s no option to have breakfast inside.

The ladies who prepared breakfast did their best with the limited supplies they had. The shower doors were almost impossible to open, the showerhead holes were nearly clogged with limescale, and there was a wide wooden plank with sharp edges beside the bed that we both bumped into a few times.

The property sits ten minutes from the historic center, and the parking right on the street is free and very convenient. The owner is friendly and the staff who welcomed us were courteous. The breakfast could use fresher, unpackaged items; the selection was limited even though both sweet and savory options were offered. It would also help to warn guests about the uncomfortable steps leading to the rooms.
