The location is absolutely unbeatable – the accommodation is right in the city centre, close to the beach and right next to restaurants and dining options. The housekeeper is very nice, courteous and helpful. Regarding general cleanliness and order, there were no problems. The housekeeper really tried to do her best within the given resources to keep it clean. The stay at this place left me with mixed feelings. The huge gap in ratings between Booking and Google really surprised me because the reality on site did not match expectations at all. The hotel initially assigned us a known Bulgarian guest who booked the first four days for us. I extended the stay for another four days. Even though we considered leaving, the location was so great that we decided not to change accommodation and stay. For the second part of the stay we were also moved to a slightly better room, but the overall impression was only partially salvaged. First of all, the building has no sign with the hotel name. Upon arrival, you have no idea and you are left wondering if you are really in front of the right building. The facility is already at least ten years old. There was an unpleasant mold and urine smell in the premises. In the bathroom of room 1, the sink was cracked and the tub leaked so much that after every shower you had to wipe the tiles. Even though we were three adults, there was only one chair in the room. The placement of sockets is extremely impractical. Even though the room had a kettle, it was practically impossible to plug it in; you had to move it to the nightstand and almost crawl on the floor to plug it in and charge phones. I was traveling with parents over 80 years old – for older, less mobile people, dealing with sockets in this condition is unmanageable. Bottom line: if you are looking for accommodation solely for the location and just need to sleep, the location will excite you. If you expect basic hygiene standards, a functional bathroom, and you are traveling with seniors or a family, this accommodation in its current state is not recommended until it undergoes a major renovation.

The price was decent and the hotel sits right in the city centre, close to shops and the sea, which was a big plus. Unfortunately, there was never a receptionist on duty – no greeting, no help at the front desk. Inside, the table was filthy when we arrived, and after the first night they took our washing machine for repairs without offering a replacement. The rooms were cleaned, but the dark décor felt more like a hostel than a hotel, so overall it was just okay.
The room was a mess – there was a moldy sausage sitting on the floor, the whole place looked dirty, and I couldn't find any staff around to help. It felt pretty abandoned.
