The apartments were really cool—fully Hi‑Tech, everything automated: smart toilets, smart lighting, a smart water filter and a smart clothes dryer. The space was generous, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen studio was huge with a great view from the window. Even though it’s a bit far from the center, a lot of buses run by. The city beach is just a 15‑minute walk away. We had trouble sorting the trash, but a staff member helped us out—thanks for the responsiveness 🙏.

The room matched the photos and the whole experience was superb. Even though there are three elevators, the middle floors are often stuck with a fully‑loaded lift.

The kitchen was fully stocked and the bedrooms were large with toiletries supplied, plus a beautiful view. However, the place wasn’t cleaned properly—floors and tables in the living room were dirty.

The spot is a short walk from the Rakuten outlet and the sledding hill, though other attractions are farther away and a taxi is more convenient; the room was spot‑clean and fully furnished.
