“Mediocre”
The place was clean, rooms looked good, and the breakfast wasn’t off-putting. The toilet in our room barely flushed and then overflowed; no staff came to help, so we had to mop the floor ourselves.
“Alright. We would stay again.”
The hotel’s location was great because we were in town for the Corvettes at Carlisle; other nearby hotels were too noisy from the turnpike. Our stay was quiet, the window faced the front door, and the hotel was very clean. We liked the lemon water in the lobby after a hot day outside. The room’s tub was discolored from a dripping faucet that made a noticeable drip; my husband and I both said we wouldn’t want to pay the water bill.
The location was perfect for us to stay near family and the price was great. The hotel staff was helpful, accommodating and really nice, so we would definitely stay here again. The only issue is that it needs a little updating and our room was very damp, but staff helped us out by putting in a dehumidifier which helped. Also we need security cameras outside, as we didn’t see any.
