The hotel’s central spot on Walking Market Street puts it close to the beach and a variety of restaurants and massage parlours. The AC was underpowered, yet it was sufficient for sleep.

The hotel boasts developed infrastructure, a night market right outside, a 7‑11 on the corner of the main street, and a 10‑minute walk on a calm path to Kata Beach. On the ground floor the owner’s restaurant is available, and you can order breakfast straight to your room. The owner and staff are very pleasant and responsive, especially if you reciprocate. Just be kind and luck will smile back. The hotel’s listed location does not match the actual one.

The location was superb, right in the centre and a 5‑to‑10‑minute walk from Kata Beach, 15 minutes from Karon Beach. The landlords were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel sits amid the lively Kata walking night market. Some rooms were a bit noisy because of the water pump.

The location was good, free billiards were offered, and my daughters were encouraged to enjoy it; I even got to watch tennis with the owner, who was very friendly. The facilities were a bit old, and my wife noted that the girls’ bed blankets weren’t very clean.
