A very good hotel in a great location above Meran, with a wide range of activities available. The staff is excellent, leaving no wishes unfulfilled. The food is superb, and the hotel met our expectations completely.

“Sehr gut - das Rundum-Gefühl fehlt noch”

The panoramic view of Schenna and the mountains was fantastic, the outdoor pool and garden were beautiful, and the evening menu offered a wide variety; desserts were truly great, overall the kitchen was very good, and besides the regular courses there was an alternative menu. The place is family‑friendly with plenty of options like football, a trampoline, a game room, etc. On the downside, the overall feeling of a perfect stay was lacking; the restaurant staff were somewhat rushed in the evenings, and there was a noticeable absence of warmth, hospitality, and team spirit. The main courses sometimes lacked finesse or love. The sports program was mediocre (Yoga, mountain biking, …), the sauna infusion times were confusing, with some days twice and others three times at different times. The water for cooling in the spa area was not cold enough, there was a limited selection of magazines, no non‑alcoholic sparkling wine at breakfast, and many of the rolls were too soft for my taste.

“War er sehr schöner Urlaub, ich würde wiederkommen.”

The view of the mountains around Merano was great, the staff were very friendly, and the pool was fantastic. The only complaint was that the room had no air conditioning, only a fan. The food was sometimes under‑seasoned and the meat occasionally overcooked.
