“Gerne wieder, ruhige Lage, sehr großes Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick ins Grüne”

The location was quiet, the bus stop about 100 m away, free parking in front of the hotel, a spacious room with balcony, fridge and kitchenette, a good breakfast buffet that was refilled quickly, but the staff spoke poor German, I had to ask for the key card, the front desk staff didn’t understand me several times and didn’t know how to issue the key card, and I was first given a street‑side room even though I had booked a balcony room with garden view.

The stay at this hotel was very pleasant; the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional. The breakfast was also very good with a good selection, and the atmosphere and attentive service were particularly positive. Overall, a highly recommendable hotel where I would gladly stay again anytime. Everything was fine.

“Great service with attention to details! The best hotel in Bad Homburg!”

I liked how everything was organized in the hotel and the staff were very kind and helpful; the reception was open 24 hours and I could ask for anything, including an extra fan, and they were quick to provide it; the location is perfect—very close to the city centre and bus stations literally in front of the hotel; breakfast had a huge selection; the hotel respects privacy so it’s very quiet and nobody disturbs you; the interior is cozy and clean; my room was big and modern; they also bring fresh water daily; congratulations on the hospitality, and I sincerely recommend this hotel; everything was good for me.
