I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of the mattress, which provided a great night's sleep. However, I was initially disappointed when I was given a single bedded room despite booking for two people. The hotel's attention to detail in terms of comfort was impressive, but their room allocation process left a lot to be desired.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by some management issues that affected the overall quality of service. Despite the hotel's potential, I felt that the staff could have done a better job in addressing my concerns and providing a more personalized experience. While I appreciated the hotel's efforts, I couldn't help but feel that they fell short in terms of delivering exceptional service.
