I can’t say I liked it because I never got to stay there—no one was available to check me in, and the customer service was a nightmare; I’ll never book that place again. I drove all the way from New Hampshire only to find out I couldn’t check in.

Nothing good here. The place was in shambles, and I couldn’t even check in because the staff weren’t on site; I rang the phone several times and no one answered.

Absolument rien !. Ne surtout pas aller dans ce taudis. Nous avions payé 2 nuits. Le propriétaire n est jamais venu nous donner la clé ! Nous étions en plein road trip d 1 mois au États-Unis.nous avons dut trouver en catastrophe 2 autres hôtels. Dont 1 choisi sur booking. Le pire, Booking ne nous a pas remboursé nos 2 nuits non honorées !!! Booking, c est également fini! Nous sommes réellement déçu. Le service client de Booking ne répond meme plus à mes réclamations.je suis genius 3, je voyage dans le monde entier avec Booking. Maintenant c est terminé et le pire c'est que je parle d une centaine d' euros a rembourser.je tiens également à signaler que le Pilgrim inn est un repère de drogués et de prostituées

The property was disgusting and nobody was available to check me in. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere. We saw weeds around the doors, waited almost an hour with no one to check us in, and when we pulled into the property someone was urinating in the parking lot. Everything was terrible.

No one ever showed up to check us in. We went by twice; the second time another person had called many times with no answer. We left.
