Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, La Crosse, WI

“Very satisfied.”

The lighting in the room was great, the bathroom was very clean, and the shower was excellent with perfect water temperature. Breakfast was adequate and there were plenty of towels. The bathroom was small but well set up, and the room had all the essentials like a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The only downsides were the lack of a clock in the room and breakfast area, the bathtub had no hand rail, and the pool area was visible to passersby, lacking privacy.

“Do not recommend. Other patrons complained of their rooms also”

The first room’s toilet was broken and the TV had no signal because all the wires were unplugged. In the second room there were no shampoos and the coffee machine was missing parts. Breakfast offered nothing to eat and no coffee, and nobody was at the front desk to help.

“We would stay again but wouldn’t rely on pull out couch as extra sleeping arrangement.”

The rooms were spotless and the king‑size bed was super comfy, but the pull‑out couch’s mattress was awful—springs rattled all night and the blankets were too thin. There was also no coffee maker in the room.

Breakfast was good, the coffee was hot, and it was easy to get to.
