The staff’s attention and care for the place. Sometimes it was hard to close the door, but everything else was perfect.

The peaceful, quiet atmosphere made for a great rest, and the early‑morning breakfast availability helped us start our day right. The only small issue was that the shower sometimes sprayed a bit onto the bathroom floor.

We booked a two‑night stay and even returned a few days later, both times the host Huan was incredibly helpful with our plans for Torres de Paine. The breakfast was tasty, the room was warm and the hot water worked well. Parking was simple, just along the road outside the hotel, and the living room had comfortable sofas for relaxing.
