“Nice friendly staff”
I appreciated the friendly staff, but was slightly inconvenienced by the fact that the restaurant and hotel are separate entities, which took some getting used to. Overall, it was a decent stay, but with some room for improvement.

I've stayed at this hotel every time I visit Singapore, and it's largely due to the exceptional staff who consistently display professionalism, kindness, and friendliness. However, during my recent stay, I was a bit disappointed to find that my room wasn't fully cleaned until 5 pm each day, which fell short of my expectations given the hotel's usual high standards.
“Unprepared and rude staff”
While I appreciated the clean and well-equipped pool area and gym, as well as the spacious room with a comfortable bed, my stay was marred by extremely rude and unprepared staff. The lack of room cleaning throughout my stay, despite housekeeping being active in nearby rooms, was frustrating, and the reception's dismissive response only added to my dissatisfaction.
