The staff, from reception to cleaning staff, were all very friendly and helpful; nothing was wrong.

Central in Cattolica, clean.

The location is super central and parking their private lot is a huge convenience. The welcoming staff were very kind and helpful. Value for money compares well to other places. The air‑conditioning works well and is a big help. Overall cleaning was good. The shower cubicle was really wrecked – not that it wasn’t clean, but the dish and the slides were worn out and should be replaced. Sound insulation between rooms also needs improvement.

The hotel is in a great spot, just a stone’s throw from the center. The room was really small for two people, with only about 40 cm of clearance between the bed and the wall. The bathroom had a chipped sink inside.

The hotel sits right in the centre, but it falls short of a four‑star standard; the cleaning left a lot to be desired and the two outdoor whirlpools were neglected, with dirty water as shown in the attached photo.
