The place is clean and renovated. The air‑con needs maintenance and repair. The family room is big and spacious; it would be better if a ventilation fan could be added to spread the cool air to the farthest bed and sofa area.

The bed was comfortable, the air‑con was cool enough, the room was large, the bathroom was clean, and the spray was strong; everything we expected was there. I stayed in a two‑bedroom room on the second floor.

A hair dryer was provided in the room. The toilet and bed sheet were clean, with no dust even under the sofa area.

Overall, a great stay, just a few minor issues. The room and service were excellent, but the soundproofing wasn’t ideal. The hotel has several branches, and customer service gave us the wrong GPS location for the branch we booked. Luckily, the two branches are close to each other, so it wasn’t a big problem. I would still recommend it.
