The staff were friendly, the hotel’s location was good, and the parking was convenient. The bathroom was quite dirty, with mold on the rim of the basin in a noticeable amount, and the toilet paper holder was dirty from the outside and middle. The air‑conditioner was placed on the floor near the window, and there was no way to adjust the temperature; closing the curtains made the window cool.

Spacious, clean, and modern. The staff deserve special thanks; everyone was very polite, attentive, and ready to help in any situation. The breakfast was excellent, and we found no downsides during our stay.

Everything was great, the luxury room offered an incredible panoramic view of Chișinău, the restaurant service was outstanding and the food was tasty and high quality. Free parking was available during the stay. I recommend it 👍👍👍10/10
