The breakfast was very good, though it could have been more varied. The staff—at the reception, during breakfast, and the housekeeping—were all friendly and attentive. The hotel’s location was great, just a few meters from the U- and S-Bahn at Potsdamer Platz. The room met all my expectations: clean, huge, well equipped, and very quiet with the windows closed. I would book this hotel again anytime. I would have liked a bit more variety at breakfast, but that’s a high‑level complaint.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent, and the location is great. The restaurant was disappointing for a casual evening meal, with a limited menu and no vegetarian options; that was the only thing that let the hotel down.

We spent two fantastic nights with our family at The Mandala. The location is superb, the rooms are generous and fully equipped, the breakfast is excellent, the bar is great, and the staff are extremely friendly. I had to look hard for any criticisms: a weak hair dryer, a toilet seat without a lowering mechanism, and two rusty screws in the shower.
