“Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mangelhaft bis ungenügend!”
The only positives were the hot water and the view from the small terrace overlooking the harbor and sea. The “Green Apartment” was a poor to inadequate value for money—€2,700 for two weeks felt like a steep price for what we received. The apartment was uncomfortable, cold, and sparsely furnished. Worn and partially broken furniture, a broken freezer, and no wardrobe in the bedroom made it feel unfinished. The kitchen was especially disappointing, with only two cooktops, minimal dishes, limited cutlery, two pots, an unusable frying pan, and a wok. Overall, the equipment was wholly insufficient. Additional flaws included a loose toilet lid, worn rugs, uncomfortable terrace furniture, and a tiny umbrella. For two weeks we were initially given only one large and one small towel per person. The listing also omitted that toilet paper had to be disposed of in the bin, and appropriate trash bags were missing. A thin wool blanket with a sheet as bedding did not add comfort. Even after we reported all these issues to the landlord, nothing was repaired except for a shelf later placed in the bedroom. We were told it wasn’t a hotel. We were extremely disappointed and felt very uncomfortable. Given the high price, the accommodation is absolutely not recommended.
