We booked a family suite with one double and two singles, but the information we received was incomplete; nevertheless, the staff offered a rollaway bed free of charge. They also ran a shuttle bus to the old town that takes less than 5 minutes, and they hosted a nightly BBQ terrace for guests—an appreciated touch. Their complimentary laundry service was also nice; they collected our dirty clothes, returned them clean and unfolded, which was very helpful since we were traveling to different places. Nothing else to note.

The modern, youthful design instantly won me over, and the brand‑new sheets had me sleeping through the night. Plenty of parking and a charging station made driving a breeze, and the lobby felt like a gallery—every angle a photo op, with the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain looming above. The afternoon tea was so elegant I almost left it untouched; a pot of tea and a few pastries turned the whole afternoon into a mini vacation.

The hotel’s spot is unbeatable—just a walk to Shuhe Ancient Town and a view of the snow peaks, plus a free shuttle to Baisha. Cleanliness and service were spot on; they reached out right after booking with weather tips and a local guide. The décor is fresh and trendy, the breakfast could double as brunch, and the room even came with a curling iron, straightener, and a thoughtful gift of hand cream and lip balm.

From my room I could see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain without any obstruction, and the second‑floor terrace and restaurant offered equally stunning views. The afternoon tea coffee was surprisingly good, worth a try. Overall, the mountain scenery and relaxed vibe made for a memorable stay.
