“Napewno wrócimy.”

The location, food, and relaxation area were all good, but kids in the jacuzzi and play area at the swimming track were a bit of a nuisance.

“Dobry hotel w niezłej lokalizacji”

The staff were generally friendly and the breakfasts were excellent, with fresh‑made waffles and omelets, plus the pools and the easy‑to‑adjust room air‑conditioning worked well, and the lifts were efficient. The beds were tiny, the shower‑gel bottle’s pump was broken so I couldn’t get any gel, and there was no hook for the room door handle; within an hour of checking in, the cleaning lady knocked and asked if I needed cleaning, which was a bit intrusive. The check‑in time of 16:00 and checkout at 10:00 are inconvenient for guests, and when we asked where to escape the heat while waiting for our room, we were sent to the bar on the 5th floor, which has no air‑conditioning and feels like a greenhouse. Overall most things were fine and those minor issues didn’t ruin the experience, though there’s room for improvement.

The breakfast had a wide, rich selection of dishes and the dinner service was flawless; the chefs are good and everything tasted very tasty. The staff cleaned the dishes efficiently—rare to see that. The hotel itself is clean and modern. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The only downside was that the cleaning crew came in the late afternoon and it was a bit disruptive. A larger pool, either open or covered, would make this already great hotel even better.

The hotel was really great. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. I only missed a small towel dryer on the balcony.
