The location gives direct access to hiking trails, the facilities are excellent, everything is brand‑new, cozy, clean, and every staff member is welcoming, helpful, and always smiling!

The food quality was very good, the staff were exceptional, and there were many activities offered. The pillows on the bed were too soft, and room 109 is close to the supplier entrance so we woke up at 7 am every morning. The owner could be a little friendlier (he is but doesn’t show it too much).

Schenna sits prettily above Meran, and the hotel’s facilities are superb, all geared toward kids and families. Unfortunately the sauna shut down at 19 o’clock; it would have been nice to enjoy a sauna session in the evening. Other hotels usually stay open until about 22/23 o’clock.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, kind, and always ready to help, even surprising my daughter with a birthday cake, which made our stay extra special and created a memory we’ll never forget. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the food was really delicious. Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable; we would definitely love to come back again.

The rooms are spacious, bright, and equipped with every comfort. The very comfy bed guarantees perfect rest after a day of hiking or relaxation. The pool area is a real gem: elegant, clean, and ideal for rejuvenation. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are excellent and abundant, with fresh, high‑quality products. What makes this hotel truly special is the staff: always friendly, helpful, and attentive to every need, making you feel at home from the first moment. Highly recommended for families or anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in a charming place. I’ll definitely return!
