I had to pay an extra 500 and the staff claimed it was their policy, while the cold water and damaged toilet paper sheet were unacceptable.

Worst hotel experience ever.The photos shown online are completely misleading and do not match the actual condition of the hotel at all. None of the promised amenities were available—not even a TV. The chairs in the room were broken, and the overall condition was extremely poor. We booked this hotel on 27th December 2025 for 2 adults and 1 child for a one-day stay. We made the mistake of paying for the room without checking it first, trusting the website images and the hotel’s listing. Within just 15 minutes of payment, we requested a refund after seeing the room, but the hotel outright refused. This feels like a complete scam involving both the hotel and OYO services, with each party shifting responsibility onto the other. Do not trust the online images and do not book without physically checking the room. A total fraud and an extremely disappointing experience.
