The Bedford Manor

The shower was spacious and nice, and the bed was comfortable. There was no Wi‑Fi password or instructions. We struggled to reach someone; in the morning we had to wake people to open the door and hand us the keys. The place advertised was nothing like what we got. Completely misleading.

“I will not book there again.”

The bathroom was dirty, with hair everywhere. We booked for two nights but stayed only one, so we booked elsewhere for the next night. The photos look very nice.

“Staff was helpfull but the accomodation needs a serious paint job, curtains and furniture upgrade.”

The staff were accommodating. The furniture was old, the shower head was broken, the curtains were aged, and the chairs had cigarette holes. The walls need a fresh coat of paint.

“Friendly and helpful host was there to greet us. Convenient location - close to all main roads and freeway access. Origi”

The accommodation matched the pictures—lovely décor, very spacious and comfortable. The shower door could be improved to prevent too much water from splashing onto the floor, although the shower itself was nice and powerful.

The only thing I liked was the cute set‑up. The air‑con was not working, the apartment was super cold, the heater didn’t work, so it was freezing, especially in winter. The microwave was broken, there was no hot water in the morning when I needed a shower, which was disappointing. Wi‑Fi only connected to their TV even though a password was provided. The apartment was not clean, especially the floor. What a waste of money. We had to sit in the car all night just to warm up. If you’re planning a winter stay, bring your own heater and expect to shower in cold water.
