I was utterly disappointed by this hotel. The staff were unpleasant and unresponsive, the hallway cleanliness was poor with bad smells, and the rooms weren’t cleaned regularly unless we asked. Breakfast was a disaster and the coffee machine never worked throughout our stay. Overall nothing met expectations, and we don’t think it deserves a 4‑star rating.

The breakfast, comfort, and free amenities were solid, but there was a bit of noise from other rooms; staying on the 2nd floor in room 227, I could often hear a squeaking door going up and then closing again.

I liked the location, the rooms were clean, and the facilities overall were great; the Sunday brunch spread was exceptional, and the staff were very attentive, helping with airport transfers and more. I’ll definitely return. However, the first night’s room‑service meal was delayed, and despite ordering my steak medium, it arrived overdone; also, the room lacked an ironing board, which is standard in most hotels today.
