I was pleasantly surprised by the fly swatter and other little touches like towel hooks in the bathroom and kitchen, a surface‑cleaning cloth, and a toaster—small details that matter, especially since I travel a lot and often encounter similar issues elsewhere. The host was friendly, helpful, and unobtrusive, making the place perfect; the kids loved it too, and the views were stunning. The only downside was that there was nothing else missing.

The hotel sits in a fantastic spot with beautiful mountain views, and the lady who runs the place was very pleasant and courteous. The thermal baths, the Lawane, the mountains, and the Sea Eye are all nearby. My family left feeling completely satisfied with the vacation!
