The hotel sits in a great spot, and the staff were friendly and quick to answer our pre‑check‑in questions. However, the room was not very clean; there were stains on the bed, the sheets felt rough and uncomfortable, and it seems they need to replace the covers and sheets.

The rooms were neat and clean, but parking disappeared out of nowhere when we returned to the hotel. The staff member told us to “Ask manager” and handed us his card. I tried calling several numbers on that card, but got no response. If I ever go back to Udupi, I would not stay here again.
