Given our needs, the location was fine. The price is definitely high for the location and the season. Breakfast is minimal and the kitchen is barely usable. The room is adequate, but because the spaces are cramped, you can't rest due to the noise from people coming and going for breakfast. I agree with those who say an average rating of 8 does not reflect reality. It's a pity because the host was courteous.

Great location for touring Collio and Trieste, perfect breakfast with flexible timing. The room was very clean.

The accommodation is nice, clean, and perfectly equipped. The hosts were very flexible and helpful upon arrival and departure. Everything was in excellent condition; I wholeheartedly recommend it!

The building was old and not newly built, and the exterior was in bad shape and dirty. Cleanliness was lacking, and towels were never changed.

The location was good and the owner was friendly, but the Wi‑Fi stopped working at night and the electricity was unreliable. Breakfast was disappointing, with no toaster and no water boiler for tea.
