I had never stayed at a Sonesta before, but this property was beautiful, especially for an “airport hotel.” The staff were wonderful, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast was above average for a hotel, and the restaurant food was fantastic. The gym and pool were nice, and they stored our luggage so we could explore Nashville before our flight.

The spot is great, but the Murphy bed was a nightmare—mattress on the floor, filthy and uncomfortable. I had opted for the upgrade, expected to pay $164, yet the bill read $303 for one of the most unpleasant stays in Nashville. I won’t repeat that mistake.
