The price was reasonable and the kitchen was good, but when I booked again they double‑booked the rooms and I had to find another place.

We paid, yet they didn’t check us in; they promised a refund but it’s been over a month and nothing has happened.

The stay never happened, I paid €57 for six days, and when I arrived in the evening I was told someone was responsible for that; they should have refunded me but haven’t yet. Everything else was sloppy.
