Getting the key from the pizzeria made everything run smoothly; the room smelled strongly of cleaning agent, and that scent seeped through the walls, sheets, and bed; cigarette ash was found in the duvet and on the sink; the downstairs pizzeria food was fine and breakfast was good; we could park our car behind on the private lot. The main entrance to the room was next to the pizzeria's back door, where a lot of trash and debris lay, not very tidy or clean.

I liked the place overall: a quiet town, the Central was well served with directions and a great spot for those heading to UnipolForum; the building was clean, breakfast good, and the staff very friendly. Aside from a few technical hiccups (the door handle came loose), everything else was fantastic!

The parking security was a plus. The bedding was a bit too soft for my wife.
