We visited in August 2026 as a child‑free couple and found the room and hotel facilities outstanding, the spa area was fantastic, and both the breakfast and the half‑board dinner, plus the extra lunch soup, were excellent; the whole staff were friendly and helpful, the Silvretta Card Premium let us explore the area without any hassle, the lake was a three‑minute walk away, parking and the location were perfect and we felt completely at ease.

The staff were very pleasant, the location was great with parking, and there was a playroom for kids. Meals were perfect and a baby crib was prepared. The pool was somewhat disappointing considering the hotel’s standing, and our room could have been a bit more modern for the price.

The wellness area was fine, the saunas were okay, but everything felt a little dated. The food was terrible—kitchen was nowhere near up to standard, I’d had better meals in cafeterias. Service was almost entirely provided by Eastern European girls who barely understood German but were earnest.
