The location and breakfast were fantastic, and the staff were helpful and pleasant. There was a minor water issue, but it was fixed quickly.

The hotel was well‑located, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The flight stairs to the first floor can be hard if you have mobility problems or heavy luggage, but the staff are ready to help.

The hotel’s service was exceptional from the moment of booking, which happened months in advance, through the days leading up to the reservation, with the staff paying close attention to our flight status that would only arrive in Lisbon after midnight. They guided us in detail on how to do a late check‑in at a partner hotel close to LX, where we were also warmly welcomed. After staying at the hotel, Lorrane received us with great care, helped with everything, stored our luggage so we could explore Lisbon during our short layover, and was very helpful and courteous. The location was another strong point; even though the hotel sits on a very busy street, we heard no noise from the room, and stepping outside we were already in an area full of restaurants, bars, and culture, perfectly situated. I highly recommend LX Arch. A small detail was that the bathroom curtain’s wall attachment was a bit fragile, but it didn’t cause any trouble. The bathroom itself was very clean, the shower had strong water with temperature control, everything was fine.

The location was great, the staff were courteous, and the breakfast was good. The beds were very narrow. The staircase to the reception was steep, and only after that is the elevator available. The room was okay for one night. No German TV channels.
