The worst place I have ever stayed at. The house shown in the pictures was not the one we got; all room photos appear to be AI-generated. We booked two suites for 20000 but were charged 30000 for one room and one suite that were filthy—bedsheets were stained, the washroom was smelly and dirty. We had no choice but to stay because we had already paid. The AC in the suite didn’t work; we complained repeatedly but nobody listened and the staff behaved poorly toward us. Electricity cut out several times during the night, the generator failed, and rainwater leaked into the room through the terrace. This is the absolute worst experience; do not recommend it to anyone. All previous reviews are fake—beware.

Rose Cottage Islamabad is a hidden gem! The family-friendly guest house sits right in the heart of Islamabad, a perfect escape from city noise. Our stay was super calm and cozy, exactly what we needed to unwind. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the place was clean and comfortable. If you want a relaxing break with your family, Rose Cottage is one of the best choices in Islamabad. Highly recommend!
