“Bed bugs in my room”

I got bitten by bed bugs on the back of my leg, which was the only downside.

“Mixed review”

The staff were excellent—very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The price was good, and the bed was clean and comfortable. The room could have been cleaner overall; floors, walls, the fridge, and other surfaces didn’t seem well maintained. There was a lot of construction happening, with workers starting early and staying just a few feet away, using saws, hammers, and other noisy equipment, which made it difficult to rest.

“Can't recommend”

The staff were great—helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, and the location was fantastic, close to everything. Unfortunately, the room was very dirty: a large roach appeared as soon as we entered, and we found three more smaller ones before leaving. Hair was on the floor, the fridge and furniture surfaces were dirty, the tub, curtains, and walls were unclean, the TV remote was broken, and the bed sheets and blankets were stained. We brought our own bedding and removed the dirty sheets. My kids were uncomfortable because they’re not used to such mess. Additionally, construction workers were outside, standing in our doorway and using saws, hammers, and other loud tools from early in the morning, making it hard to rest. I’m grateful for a place to stay but was very disappointed by the lack of cleanliness and the noise.

The location was fine. The showers or bathroom were not clean, and the lighting was improper.

I liked the breakfast and appreciated that they had a crib available for my grandson when we requested it. I didn’t like that the pool was close; that was one of the reasons I chose Days Inn. I hope the pool will be open when I stay again in November.
