The staff was responsive and polite, the room was clean and met all needs, and the location was convenient for shopping. No disturbances. The toilet seat was very close to the bath, making it hard for someone with limited hand mobility, and the ventilation system was poor.

I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff, who were always willing to lend a helping hand. However, I did encounter some issues with the toilet flush system, which was a bit of a letdown. Overall, the staff's kindness and helpfulness made up for the minor inconvenience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

My stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, from the well-maintained facilities to the comfortable beds and beautiful gardens. The staff, particularly Mr. Jawad, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even going so far as to serve us freshly made tea at 12:30 am. While I didn't have any major complaints, I did wish I could have stayed longer. The hotel's excellent service and amenities made my stay truly unforgettable.

As the only decent property in Moga, this hotel is a great option for travelers. While the food was average, the hotel's facilities and overall atmosphere left much to be desired. However, I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and comfortable rooms, which made up for the subpar food quality and facilities.
