The beach was nice and the deluxe room we moved into from the family suite was spacious. The family suite was small, had no view, and in a building next to the restaurant there was a constant smell of cooking smoke and round‑the‑clock loud noise from what seemed like air‑conditioners. We had to pay extra for another room. The deluxe room was large, had a great sea view, but it was very noisy in the evenings because its windows faced a stage and it was just beyond the Neptune bar. The hotel’s music ended at 22:30 or 23:00, while neighboring hotels played until 24:00 or even 01:00, making it almost impossible to sleep without earplugs. From 07:00 onward, staff operated a leaf‑blower, and gasoline mowers started around 08:00, both very loud and with a fuel smell. In the restaurant, both inside and outside, there were many flies on the food and dishes.

“Excellent stay to be highly recommended”

Food quality was high, everything was clean, the menu was diverse, there were many activities, staff were very professional, and the comfort was real. The only drawback was the behavior of a few customers (who didn’t seem Turkish) towards foreigners, such as staring at veiled women in a disrespectful and unpleasant way.

I booked a 1+1 room, which is marketed as premium and costs noticeably more than the base room, yet the view faced the bus parking lot and was plagued by constant generator noise—probably from the external air‑conditioning block—and the hotel never mentioned the view in its description. After realizing this, I had to switch to the king suite for an additional fee.
