“Gezellige B&B in een landelijke omgeving”

We spent a weekend there, the owners are very friendly and run a beautiful, cozy B&B; our room was clean and fully equipped, breakfast was delicious and fresh, the location is great for cycling around the countryside or heading to Leiden if you want more miles, you can rent electric bikes and even a rowboat for the ponds behind the house, and a few good restaurants (Fyn or Het Leeuwtje) are within walking distance – excellent value for money. The downside is that early flights from Schiphol start to echo in the area, which I noticed as a light sleeper, though my wife didn't mind much.

The hosts were charming and the room was truly spectacular with a large balcony and a tiny extra bed in a smaller room up a flight of stairs, very cozy; the breakfast was super complete, plentiful, and very good.
