Near the metro and shops; the beds were soft and extremely uncomfortable, the room was very hot and the heating could not be regulated

The place was clean, and there was a television. For me, the house felt oddly strange, the front doors to the room looked like someone was trying to break them, they were damaged during a fire, and every accessory was cheap like all the Chinese stuff—curtains, towels, etc. In the bathroom the iron rods were rusted, the tiles were damaged, and the water pressure was so weak that the shower barely worked. At midnight someone was still walking on the floor and doing something, so I thought about calling a taxi and leaving. I felt very unsafe, scared that someone might rob me. The whole experience was awful.

The location was great, parking was right at the pension and close to the tram and metro. The first evening we had a problem with hot water.

The accommodation was old but clean. It was close to public transport and the O2 Arena was easily reachable.
