The hotel is among the best in the most important tourist destination in Sharm. I thank all the staff; they helped me resolve a booking issue, and the customer service was excellent. Special thanks to Ms. Noura Al-Sabie for her understanding and professionalism.

The hotel is beautiful, wonderful, and clean, and the staff are great, especially Mr. Abdulrahman Al-Shaheeri. The breakfast is good, but there are not many options, and the hotel is far from the sea.

This hotel is perfectly situated for a short stay, just a 10-minute walk from the bus station with direct routes to the airport and nearby attractions. The staff are lovely, the rooms are cozy and spotless, and the breakfast is just right - not too much, but enough to keep you going. The gym is also well-equipped and quiet. It's a great choice for business or family visits.

Unfortunately, the food at this hotel is really limited and not great, which made me skip dinner most nights.

The staff at this hotel were top-notch, but the transportation options were a bit of a letdown. Despite the great service, getting around was a hassle. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the transportation issues were a bit of a problem.
