The top‑floor soaking bath can be booked for a family visit and feels very private. However, the dinner portion of the one‑night, two‑meal package seemed over‑prepared—ingredients had been sitting too long and the scallions were wilted, so it didn’t feel worth the price. Guests who order dinner must check in before 5:30 pm or the dinner will be forfeited and non‑refundable; the front desk only opens at 5:00 pm, meaning guests arriving later can’t stroll the hot‑spring trail without having to return to the hotel for check‑in, which feels inconvenient.
