The location was good. We were cold because of dampness, there were few utensils and accessories, the stairs were not clean, and the TV didn’t work.

The staff were very helpful in finding the location and checking me in, but the room felt very cramped.

A warm welcome and the host was present, thanks. The location is perfect, close to the train station and the city centre. The stairs are a hassle, but that’s not a surprise at 5 Terres!

The location is fine. The room is very plain and lacks charm. There’s a strong damp smell in the bathroom with mold. If you plug in the fridge, you have to unplug everything else to use the microwave or coffee machine. The stairs are extremely steep. There’s only one key box outside, so other guests took our keys too, making it impossible to get into the room. We had to wait 30 minutes, but Eduardo was very responsive.
