“Disappointing at a hotel I’ve stayed at many times”
The rooms were clean, but the sliding glass door was stiff because of rust. We were surprised by an extra parking fee on top of what we paid. The worst part was that there was no beach access—we only learned about that at checkout. The pool towels were smaller than a normal bath towel and almost translucent, so they didn’t cover you well. The pool itself looked like a sandbox, littered with goggles, hair ties, and other debris. Only two tables with umbrellas were near the pool, and you had to ask someone to set them up. The only thing that was good was the rooms, though on the day they cleaned, they only made one bed.
