Everything was perfect: conversations with Guiseppe who speaks French, early check‑in, a well‑arranged room with many little touches, spotless, and a special mention for the homemade breakfast (pastries, bread, jams and crêpes on request). I recommend it 100 %; the couple is charming and attentive.

Everything about this place was great, especially Pepe and Silvana who went above and beyond to ensure we had an awesome stay. It’s about 15 minutes outside Monopoli and 20 minutes from Alberobello, making it a solid base for exploring the main sights without staying in them. Silvana baked the best pastries I’ve had in Italy for breakfast every day. The room was spacious, quiet, and well equipped, and having free drinks and snacks in the room was a nice bonus. We loved every detail of our stay and supporting Silvana and Pepe, who took over three years ago, was an absolute delight.
