The location directly on the hotel’s own beach with a view of Stromboli is fantastic; definitely take the 10 Euro room with sea view. The staff, especially at reception, were very nice, and the coffee bar in the hotel served tasty ice cream. Parking was plenty. The hotel is older, so the price‑value ratio is reasonable. At breakfast many items were pre‑packed and there was no fresh fruit.

The breakfast was very good; the pool could only be used with a swim cap, the Wi‑Fi connection was weak, and the lifeguard was unfriendly.

The location is great, and the balcony offers a stunning sea view. The restaurant serves very good food and the wine selection is excellent. I enjoyed the daily stretch yoga and water aerobics sessions. However, breakfast was missing omelettes, vegetables, and fresh fruit. The late-night performances were quite loud.

The seaside location is a plus. The building is old; the photos on Booking don’t match the rooms we received, and we told reception about it but they said the images don’t correspond to the actual room booked. Some rooms have very old bathrooms. The rooms are not soundproof; my wife and I woke up at 5 am to hallway noise. The front‑desk staff were grumpy. Avoid the tomato pasta—it’s very acidic.
