The setting was pleasant, with a nice pool, but the hotel was far from everything.

The value for money was excellent and everything was perfect; we stayed in a bungalow next to the pool, the area was quiet, the pool was beautiful in a lovely garden, the shower worked well with good water pressure, it wasn’t far from major roads but still calm, the breakfast was good and could be enjoyed under a shaded pergola, the staff were adorable, and it was just right for our brief stop before continuing our trip.

The location was good and the property was clean, but I was very disappointed with what happened at the end. My partner asked one of the staff members for help with her baggage because she had a large and heavy suitcase, but despite asking for assistance, no one came to help. This kind of behaviour is really not acceptable. If a customer specifically asks a staff member for assistance, especially with something as basic as handling heavy baggage, they should not be ignored. Please take this feedback seriously and make sure your staff understand that customers who ask for help should be assisted promptly and respectfully. I hope this is kept in mind next time, because being ignored when asking for reasonable assistance leaves a very bad impression.
