“First bad experience at booking.com”
The location was close to the airport, but the place was unclean with cockroaches, and the bedsheets hadn’t been washed.

The location was fine, but the place was more like an old house than a proper hotel.

My booking was cancelled, which felt like cheating. When I arrived, I was handed a different hotel room and there was no booking, so it was a clear case of cheating.

Nothing positive to mention. The cleanliness was poor and the staff behaved poorly.

The location was bad, the staff were unhelpful, and the services were lacking.
